Affordable Prices Help You Stay Within Your Budget

We know that there are many expenses a parent incurs while raising a family-- that's why our prices are reasonable. We offer tuition assistance, 60-minute lesson discounts, sibling and second class discounts on group classes, ministerial discounts, home school group class incentives and in some cases, scholarships.

Bigger school, lower rates

At The Music Place, we consistently offer tuition rates that are lower than other area music schools, and sometimes even lower than neighborhood music  teachers! Because of our size (serving hundreds of students at any given time), and our dedication to inspiring and caring for our students and their families, we are able to offer a high level of care and service at reasonable rates.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, and online payments from your choice of checking or savings accounts.   In addition, our easy eCheck plan allows families to forego the Notice Guarantee Fees and late fees by signing up for monthly payment deductions from their selected account.  We are sorry we do not offer credit card payments at this time.

A Few of the Services That Set Us apart

Apprentice & Intern Teacher Rates

The Music Place is a training school, in which we select gifted young people who can relate to kids and train them to give their musical gifts away. Although some schools charge the same tuition for all instructors, we do not feel it is appropriate to charge the same rate for an intern or college student instructor as, for ecample, an instructor with a doctorate in music education. For this reason, we offer a sliding scale of rates that reflect the experience and education of each instructor. This allow families to access fine teachers before they have competed their education at a much lower rate then we will charge when it is complete. We have found these “Big Brother” or “Big Sister “ teachers to be very effective in capturing your child’s interest and inspiring them to learn. And that’s what we all want, isn’t it?

Scholarship Assistance

Our desire is that every family whose students have strong desire and aptitude for music be given the opportunity, regardless of the financial need. Because of this, we always invite families who are struggling financially, but truly desire music for their kids, to contact us. We have a Parent Help Coordinator who will work with you to set up a plan of action. Whether it is a short-term partial or full scholarship or a Parent Work Exchange program, we are here to help!
